This compact Victorian residence was reimagined to maximise function and flow within a modest footprint. A rich palette of walnut and dark, earthy tones establishes a sense of sophistication and warmth, while bespoke joinery ensures every corner of the home serves a purposeful role.
Each element was custom-designed and crafted to meet the family’s specific needs, creating a cohesive spatial rhythm throughout.

The 1950s lean-to offered an opportunity to introduce a more contemporary language of form and finish, seamlessly integrating with the home’s original Victorian architecture.
A refined material composition of natural stone, solid walnut, and nickel detailing is thoughtfully balanced with value-driven materials, allowing for strategic investment in key touch points. The result is a home that feels timeless yet modern; a study in craftsmanship, proportion, and intelligent use of space.
